Shady Acres

Shady Acres is conveniently located off US Route 13, north of Hardee’s, behind the Dunkin Donuts in Laurel, Delaware.  The rental homes in Shady Acres are single-section homes with off-street parking. The management office is onsite with mail delivery provided at the entrance of the community. Located in Laurel School District and close to youth sports activities. Shopping, medical facilities, fast food, and gas stations are all nearby. Delaware and Maryland beaches are less than an hour away.  Amenities include water/sewer, trash/recycle pick up, and snow removal.

New Market Village is located just off Route 16 (Milton Ellendale Hwy) in Ellendale, DE. Surrounded by lush forests and scenic farmland, the community offers both single and multi-sectional rental home options with off-street parking.  A community manager is on-site to assist with any property maintenance issues. Located in the Milford School District with a short drive to Milton Dough Bar, The Backyard restaurant, and Dogfish Head Brewery. The community is just 20 minutes from Slaughter Beach and 30-45 minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches with easy access to US Route 113 and Route 1. With easy access to US Route 113, Colonial Estates is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and is less than 30 minutes from Bethany Beach. Located in the Indian River School District and a short drive from the Millsboro public library and youth sports. Amenities include central water/sewer, trash/recycle, and snow removal.
